1.1 Scheduling and Modifications

Clients may modify their scheduled service up to 48 hours in advance without additional charge. Requests submitted later may incur a rescheduling fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled session cost.

1.2 Cancellations and Reimbursals

For hourly consultations, clients may request a reimbursement within 24 hours of booking. To initiate, submit a written request via our contact form. Once approved, we will credit the original payment method within 15 business days.

Sessions canceled after the 24-hour window are not eligible for reimbursement. This policy ensures availability and commitment from our legal professionals.

2. Information Products

Our digital guides and toolkit are designed to assist seniors with self-help materials on topics such as wills, power of attorney, and healthcare directives. These products are delivered instantly upon purchase.

2.1 Cancellations and Reimbursals

Due to immediate access, reimbursement requests for information products must be made within 7 days of purchase. To proceed, contact our team. Approved requests will lead to removal of access and credit to the original payment method within 15 business days.

3. Goods

We offer printed materials and document kits shipped to your address. All goods are inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.

3.1 Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days. Tracking details will be provided.

3.2 Cancellations and Reimbursals

Goods may be sent back within 14 days of receipt provided they are unused and in original condition. A standard restocking charge of 15% applies. Once items are received and inspected, reimbursals will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.

4. Limitation of Liability

SeniorLawNow.top shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from service use or product acquisition. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.
